I recently chose Bags of Love as the previous company took over 2 months to send me a sample. I had my labels from Bags of Love within days of ordering. Customer service was fantastic on the live chat and via email. The only downside I found, was that I had to amend my order and this proved difficult on a mobile/tablet but when I spoke to customer services they said the program is designed to be used on a PC.

The quality is fantastic, the delivery was super-quick, and I was very impressed with the range of fonts and icons I could upload (I hadn't made a pre-designed label to upload, but I could have). I'll definitely be a returning customer!
Great service
Just what I needed and look great. Although I personally found the designing a little difficult first time around. It took a couple of remakes. But I think I would know what to do next time. Great that the company prevented me ordering something too small and wasting my money- 5 star for flagging that up in my first design attempt. Quick service and good customer care response times.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered the labels and they came out great. I was most impressed by the customer service provided by bags of love. They contacted me to let me know that my design may not print nicely as some parts were too thin. I had a lot of issues with using the product editor and was about to give up on my order so I was very surprised to get a couple of calls and emails from the support team asking if I needed any more help and offering to amend my order on my behalf. This assistance was very much appreciated. Deepa was so polite and helped me out a lot !! I’ll definitely be ordering from here again soon

I created the label amnd Bagsoflove spotted it would be pixelated and contacted me. I had help from the team to fix the problem. Quality is very good and arrived promptly.
