I ordered 2 cushions with my children's pictures on at Christmas for my mum and wife and they loved them.
I ordered another for my mum for her birthday, and she loved it even more. There was a quality issue in manufacturing but I was kept up to date as the company did not want to send a product they were unhappy with.
