Really pleased with photo cushion, bought as a present and the recipient was thrilled! Lovely quality in regards to cushion and photo. Would highly recommend. Only slight criticism was that there was a delay in the order arriving. Not a big deal in present circumstances and apologies given but maybe order earlier than required.
Beautiful quality cushion
I ordered the double sided, personalised cushion and it was absolutely beautiful! Really clear print and very soft fabric. I ordered during the covid period and my order was delayed slightly, but upon follow up, the team arranged to upgrade my delivery to get the cushion to me on time. Very much appreciated. The guidance for personalising my friend's milestone cushion was easy to follow, with a scheduled dispatch of 2-3 days later with clear warning of possible delays due to the pandemic. Production was delayed but was resolved very quickly with help from Abhinav who was informative and worked well with his team to assist. I enquired on a Sun, it was dispatched on a Tues. Very happy as is my friend who adores it. Thank you everyone, you do a really good job and more so during this difficult working time.
