The mug was sent as a present so I didn't see it up close. However my Mother in law absolutely loved it. She hates thick mugs so was very happy with it being porcelain. Ordering and design was simple and gave lots of options to change photos and I was able to see product from all angles. Great communication from ordering to delivery. Will definitely use this company again.
