Excellent! The design process was simple. The query I had was responded to within a few hours (in the evening!) and then my item was dispatched the following morning and I received it the next day. I was a little worried that the print quality wouldn't be great or that the bone china mug wouldn't be quite the quality that I would like but it exceeded my expectations and I am so excited to give it to my boyfriend's dad for Christmas.
