A fabulous gift
I purchased a personalized bone china mug. The sizing of the pictures was a little fiddly but was very happy with the end result. It was a gift for my husband's birthday and it arrived in plenty of time. As we are stuck at home he is now using it constantly so thank you for providing great customer service even through these trying times.

The reproduction of the photos on the china mugs and plates were of good quality considering they were taken on a mobile. A prompt delivery was appreciated since it is a gift. What intrigued us was the additional china mug, which we presumed from the enclosed leaflet, was gratis? BOL- YES it was 2nd for Free - would have had a minor fault
