The mug was slightly smaller than I expected but the quality of the design and speed of delivery was excellent. Bought as a present and I know it will be treasured.
I ordered 2 mugs with photos and text on them. Adding the photos was straightforward but although I checked to ensure the font size and style on both mugs was the same, the size varied slightly between the two mugs. This was mildly disappointing as it was for a wedding gift. The recipients were pleased with their gifts however so overall a good experience.
