After an initial hiccup with my order getting confused and a few worrying emails between me and them I was really pleased when the jigsaw arrived. Fabulous quality and having the pieces in a tin made it a special present to convey a special message. Expensive but worth every penny - I would recommend to anyone.

Product quality was pretty good. Some of the puzzle pieces weren't cut properly so had to take them apart ourselves, fortunately only the paper on the back ripped.

i did think it was a bit expensive but i knew the price when ordering, however i am delighted with it the quality is great and i the picture i provided is special to my grand daughter so i know she will love it. a great present for a special occasion. Placed an order Sunday evening, got a notification Monday morning to say item was ready to be dispatched, delivered the following day with a 24hr Postal Service.
For a personalised item, I'm amazed that they managed to turn it round quicker than many retailers are able to turn around 'off the shelf' items.
The quality of the puzzle is excellent and the presentation tin is a really nice touch to add a bit of class.
