    When I ordered the jigsaw puzzle and it was delivered, I wasn't happy with the print. The colours weren't very good - too much magenta/red and the images were not as good as the image emailed to me. I contacted the company to see what they could do to fix this issue. I emailed some photos of the finished jigsaw to show them what it was like. I had a lovely reply from Riddhi and as this jigsaw is for my daughter's 50th birthday, I needed it to be good. As these photos were up to 50 years old, they weren't easy to get some of the detail clear enough. I'm not very good at the computer, so Riddhi enhanced some of them for me. The 'new' jigsaw is lovely. The colours and the details are much clearer. I'm so happy that Riddhi and the company were able to help me. I'm a 100% happy. Thank you.
