Step 1: Measure your walls
Before designing your wallpaper, make sure you get the correct measurements for your wall. Use a tape measure and write down the width and height of your wall. We recommend repeat measuring at one-metre internals if the surface area is over one metre wide or high. Once you have your measurements, please add an extra 8 cm. This will give you a 4 cm bleed area to trim off once you have installed your wallpaper and will cover you in case of any minor errors in your measurements.
Step 2: Select the dimensions of your collage wallpaper
Go onto the Bags of Love design interface and enter the dimensions of your wall into the height and width boxes. When selecting your lengths, please allow room for shrinkage. Shrinkage can occur during our printing process - this is typically no more than 2.5%. Once the dimensions have been selected, it is time to upload your images and position them until you are happy. Take advantage of our editing tools and create repeat patterns and even add filters such as black and white or sepia.
Step 3: Choose your perfect paper
There are three types of wallpaper to choose from:
*10 Year Guarantee: The print/colour fastness is guaranteed for 10 years in optimal conditions (not in direct sunlight). The material itself, if installed correctly and the walls remain in a good, dry condition, is also guaranteed for 10 years.
We print your designs onto the wallpaper using digital printing techniques. These are fade resistant and leave no texture, allowing you to enjoy the texture of the paper that you have chosen. This deep infusion technology prints using eco-friendly inks, penetrating into the fibres of the material for vivid colours, and highly defined detailing.
Care and Installation: We are here to advise if there is anything you need to discuss before installation. Once the material has been applied to the wall, the product is deemed accepted and cannot be claimed as defective due to variations in mounting, adhesives, handling, and local environment (including humidity, heat, weathering). Once you decide to cover the wall, we cannot be held liable for preparing or pasting the wall. Please note: While it may be possible to use on ceilings, we recommend using your wallpaper exclusively on vertical walls to get the best finish. Please note: there may be some ink bleed on wallpapers with a textured finish.
There's no need to rearrange your photos manually because our design system automatically creates the collage in various different styles. Choose a plain background with your photos spread out or have one of your photos faded in the background for an artistic look. There's also a heart collage where your photos are arranged into a heart shape - ideal for romantic gifts. The 'scattered' style fills the wallpaper edge-to-edge with your photos, and the design system will let you know if any photos are repeated.
