Not afraid of the heat

When you design your personalised double oven gloves, you don't have to worry about the heat affecting the print. We use dye sublimation to print your designs into the fabric. The inks penetrate the material fibres, which means the design actually becomes part of the fabric. It won't rub or peel off over time.

The Suede Vision fabric is fire rated and can withstand high temperatures and it is designed for general kitchen use. Please take caution.

Ideal for cooks and bakers

When someone has a hobby, they often start receiving gifts that blend together. This is the perfect opportunity to personalise a gift that will stand out for your loved ones who love the kitchen. Create custom double oven gloves for the chef in your family or the friend who might just make it on the next season of Bake Off.

Make a Collage

If you can’t decide on which photo to use, you can upload multiple images and create a photo collage. This can be done using one of our pre-set montage templates, or you can create your own entirely from scratch. It’s super easy to do and the possibilities are endless.

How to add your collage to your product

Step 1 – Click the start design button & select your product options.

Step 2 – Go to the ‘Images & Text Tools’ tab, click the ‘add images/Text’ button on your product & ‘Select Images to Upload’ or use the Facebook/Instagram tabs.

Step 3 – Choose the images you want to use for your collage, upload & select them from the uploaded photos list.

Step 4 – Click ‘Create montage’ & select your collage style.

Step 5 – Add the collage to your design.

Hints and Tips

  • The more images you add to your collage the smaller each image will be. Fewer images will be larger and give you more clarity and detail.
  • The more people in an image, the less detail there will be. If you have 10 images of a group of five friends, each person will be smaller than if you have 10 images of just one person.
  • Try to make sure that the longest side of each image is around 10 centimetres. There is a handy ruler built into the design tool to help you with this.
  • Smaller products will not be able to fit as many images as larger ones will.

Behind the scenes

To make your custom double oven gloves, our print technicians start by printing your designs on the Suede Vision and Towelling fabrics using dye sublimation techniques. Then our craftspeople cut and sew the fabrics to create the double oven glove shape. The Towelling fabric becomes the inner panel, while the Suede Vision fabric makes up the outside and pockets of the double oven gloves. They add the trim in the colour of your choice and sew on a hanging loop. All of this is done by hand and by professionals so that you get the best possible product.

Inside and out

You have four panels to personalise here, so you can get creative. You can add photos on the left and right pockets, and use the rest of the space for patterns or solid colours. Or, do the reverse!

Note that the design area for the inside panel is the same length as the outside panel, however, the inside panel is partially covered by the right and left pockets. This means you'll only see the centre part of your design, which is why we recommend keeping important elements of your design in the middle or decorating this area with patterns or solid colours. Don't worry, you'll be able to see this in the design tool and previews when creating your printed double oven gloves!

Since we use two different fabrics to make your personalised double oven gloves, you may notice a slight difference in colour if you print an identical design on both materials. This is just the nature of the fabric tones and the way they show prints. If you want to avoid any noticeable difference, we recommend printing a design on the inner panel that is different from the other panels.
