I wanted to buy a personalised double size towel for my Daughter for Xmas. The towel was quite expensive and not having seen the product I was a little unsure whether to proceed. I used the template to create my own personalised design. I also used the online chat facility to get help during the design process as I wasn't very good at it. They were very helpful and provided me with regular updated samples for me to view prior to making my purchase. I decided to go for it, despite the price tag and I am so pleased that I did. It arrived promptly (within a few days of ordering) and I was over the moon with the finished item. The quality of the fabric was very soft, the pictures have come out as clear as I would've expected them to on such fabric type, it really does look amazing and I can't wait for my Daughter to open it on Christmas Day and hope she likes it as much as I do. I am even considering buying another for another family member as I am so pleased with how it came out.
