Fantastic costomer service
The travel mug is as expected. Good quality and print is clear. The thing most impressed me was the customer service. My first order was lost during the delivery, which apparently was very unusual, but when I contacted via email, I received message within a few hours. And even more, Deepa investigated my parcel immediately, and once it was confirmed to be lost, she arranged a new order and send it to me on the day! Thank you so much for your help Deepa!

Good gift idea
I got it for my boyfriend just as a little gift. No specific occasion just a why not? He loves it, the quality of it and how practical it is. All in all, its absolutely lovely, a great gift :)

Husband will love it
The picture quality is much better than I expected, it’s a nice solid cup, my only improvement point would be the lid which is awkward to fit as the rubber seal moves easily and it’s not that clear how it should be to create the correct seal. Hopefully it won’t affect the usage though and husband will love it.

Hello The travel mug is lovely, it hasn't been used yet as it is a Christmas present. The only suggestion I would make is that where possible, if you could make a 360 view or way to view the placement of the photos a little better on the website then that would be good. The reason I'm saying this is that there is a white strip between one side where the photos join which I didn't see on the page. It's not the end of the world, but if I'm honest would have had a factor in whether to purchase the travel mug had I known. I have also bought photo tea lights, they however are fantastic and the photos meet perfectly, again these are Christmas gifts so have not been used yet. Oh and the heat change mugs are great, I tested them out and can't wait for the grandma's to see. So yes, it was only the travel mug where the photos didn't meet up properly Thanks natalie
