Nice quality cushion. Quality of photos looks good from a distance but when up close, not great quality as some a little blurred......... BOL sorry to hear that. I think this is because in your montage you have a few images with lots of people meaning they are printed very small by the time the montage is assembled. To alleviate using less photos would allow larger print size, or removal of images with distant objects or lots of peoples' faces will help clarity..... if you wish to redo this let us know

The colour is lovely and the photos look great.
I think the cushion could have been fuller in the filling and some feather puncture marks are visible inbetween the photos.
I love the print and the look of the cushion but will buy a new inner cushion.
The customer Service was excellent friendly and most helpfull.
