I ordered a cushion cover with a photograph on it and I am very pleased with it. It looks identical to how it appeared on the computer when I ordered it. I am very pleased and the service was excellent it arrived exactly when it was scheduled.
This is the 5th cushion I've had from you, and every one has been perfect. The first one was personal to me and when friends saw it they were amazed. I then had one done for a friend in Lanzarote, and she was so thrilled she cried, and then she ordered one herself to send to her niece in Australia. My 3rd one was for a friend who's little boy of 4 years old is so cute I couldn't resist sending her one as a housewarming present in IOW. again it brought tears to her eyes. the last 2, are also on their way to Lanzarote next week. and I get so many people asking where I got them. Have now dealt with Bags of Love several times. The website is very easy to use. If you need help, it is easy to get it. The whole process is easy, prompt and efficient. The products I have purchased have been delivered very quickly and the colours and quality are good.
I do find some of the items rather pricey but that is probably me being "out of touch" a little - bespoke items always cost more.
Will definitely use Bags of Love again.
