Very easy to use their software, I ordered 3 velvet cushions with my granddaughters images on them. They are extremely well made, we are so very pleased with them. BOL contacted us quickly when they had to re-run one of the photos, and they are working hard during Covid 19 to keep on top of orders. On line chat with them was incredibly helpful.
