Absolutely loved my product from Bags of Love. I wasn't completely competent with the system of designing it myself, so had left a white border around the outside of the design. I then received an email from Bags of Love where they had made suggestions to match the colour of the design that I could accept or reject. They had done a brilliant job with it and it looked much better. I really appreciated that they hadn't taken the design at face value and provided me with a final product I would have been unhappy with. It arrived and it's fab! Thanks BoL!
