My order was accepted in a most professional manner although the payment part of the website confused me. I thought I had paid when I hadn't! However, I emailed the company, they responded immediately and sent me the link for payment. No problems after that. I would certainly use this company again. My purchase is good quality, nicely finished off and the lettering clear. I'm pleased with the finished product, it's a Christmas present.

I wanted a good quality personalised cotton tea towel to send as a birthday gift and I wasn't disappointed - the photo came out very clearly and the material was good.
What was even more impressive though was the high level of customer service I received during the process and must give a special mention to Itziar. I couldn't find what I was looking for (no template for the 'Royal' flag cloth depicted) and had difficulty laying out the text using only my iPad but she was extremely helpful, designed the layout for me and returned it for approval. It was perfect. Without her I would have given up. She was brilliant!
