Good thanks - staff were helpful to get my order to me ASAP despite the tight schedule. The rucksack is good, slightly different from what I envisioned and probably better quality all over, am really happy with it. Maybe you can print the sides as well? Bit I don't know if you can print on leather.... it's fun, thanks again
