Ordered customised pajamas (featuring their very cute cat & dog) for my sister and her three children who all had covid over Christmas. Their reaction: “totally blown away. they are fantastic. Everyone absolutely delighted”. I really enjoyed the process of designing the items too.

I initially had issue with the order (through my own error) and bags of love were excellent at rectifying the error and sending out the correct order. The communication as excellent. The service and delivery was much quicker than anticipated. When the product arrived it was lovely. I ordered some pj pants for my husband for our second anniversary (cotton) and the image quality was excellent. The quality of the product itself was lovely. I am yet to give it to my husband so am unaware of his feedback but I'm very excited!

Great idea for a very personal surprise gift
