My bag was made and arrived within a few days of ordering with good email notifications. The bag itself was as the preview image showed. The fabric feels a little like it has waterproof properties and I can't really fault it. I'm really pleased with it and with how my design looks on the bag. Many thanks Bags of Love. I also ordered a tin from kitchenware..it seems to be fabric wrapped around which looks nice enough
