I needed some pictures doing for my step dad's funeral, a very difficult time and I was panicked to get them right. Exceptional service and product! My partner turned 40 on Tuesday and I had been waiting for some photos from his mother from his teenage years so I could have a montage made up, but she didn't send them until Sunday night around 8pm.
Despite thinking it would be futile, I uploaded the photos, created my A2 montage at about 10pm and paid a little more for 24hr delivery, still feeling sceptical but at least I'd tried.
I got a dispatch email on Monday afternoon, and the poster arrived by lunchtime on Tuesday - his actual birthday! It is gorgeous - in my haste I hadn't read that it is printed on a sort of soft fabric so is pretty much untearable. The print quality is excellent. I am SO impressed with everything to do with this order.
My only suggestion would be to offer the option to upload multiple photos at a time as it's time-consuming uploading one at a time. To be fair, I WAS in a hurry, so in other circumstances this may not have been an issue.
I will definitely be back and highly recommend this company.
