Excellent product. Some delivery issues in Switzerland
The puzzle was perfect, and I like the box.
I had asked for royal mail, but it was sent by DHL, and somehow the invoice was not with the package when it arrived in Switzerland, so it waited at customs clearance. I did receive a tracking number, so after a week of status "waiting for customs" I contacted DHL, who said they had sent a request to you for a copy of the invoice but had not received a response yet. I sent them an electronic copy of the invoice, and they delivered it a day later.
Happily, I had ordered with time to spare, so it all ended well.
Absolutly Fantastic
I bought the jigsaws with family pictures on for my Sister-in-law who had recently had a stroke, and she loved them. The quality is excellent and the pieces an ideal size for those with impaired dexterity and the little bags they come in are the icing on the cake.
Quality Jigsaws and magnets
I purchased a large selection of personalised fridge magnets, plastic and wooden jigsaws. I was very pleased with the quality of both the products and the service. The tins were damaged in transit but were replaced. Two areas I would suggest for improvement. 1. If there is a promotional deal greater than the wholesale discount, this should be applied automatically. 2. the tins should be larger for the bigger jigsaws and perhaps a little more robust. Overall very pleased.
