Easy to use website, good range of products, good communication, arrived quickly. No wasteful packaging. Only thing is I feel most products are slightly over priced. May reflect London price but I don't think reflect national pricing. Would love to buy item for myself but can only justify the price for gifts. Other product I would like to see is a child's onesie
