Putting the canvas together was great fun very easy. I loved the choices of layout before picking one.
I have to say, I am disappointed that 6 of the 12 photo's printed on the canvas are very dark and difficult to appreciate how nice the pictures really were on camera. I appreciate these 6 pictures were taken in the evening but the camera images were still very good.
I would have appreciated contact from you before producing the canvas to draw my attention to the 'poor quality' of 6 photos and that you have the technology to 'brighten' the pictures or I have the choice to change the pictures.

So easy to do the hardest part was getting the printer to scan the image a few clicks and it was ready to go. Kept informed at each stage and arrived two days later. Brilliant quality my mum had a real surprise when she opened it and now wants one of me and mine done as well so a definite success

Thank you so much. My canvas arrived really quickly and it is beautiful. I will definitely use you again - the on-line upload and editing works brilliantly and the picture looked exactly as I wanted it to.
Based on my experience, this is a company you can trust to do a great job and if they can't (because of technical issues with your supplied images - as in my case) they'll pause the order and inform / liaise with you regarding the changes required. That strikes me as a company going the extra mile. I was concerned that the canvass prints wouldn't arrive for my deadline / be damaged in transit but my worries were unfounded. The turnaround of the order was very fast (2 days) and well packaged when it arrived.
Regarding the final outcome with my canvass prints, they're fab and went down really well with the recipients!
I recommend this company without hesitation.
