Very quick turnaround times on producing the item and delivery, I was impressed.
I contacted customer support to ask for estimated timeline for production and delivery, and they also responded in a timely manner.
It was easy to create the design and the pre-set templates were good and more sophisticated than other companies I looked at. Some aspects of the design software were confusing to use so I simplified what I tried to do; this could be improved. But overall I was very satisfied.
