Unfortunately I made a mistake on this order. I've used your company seven or eight times but by accident I ticked woven canvas instead of duchess satin so I received entirely the wrong material. A shame I know but I should have been more careful. I put in another order today for the same thing in duchess satin so had to pay again. I'm thinking about utilising your service much more in future as generally it's very good. I'll probably come and see you at some point when I'm in London as we could potentially do a lot of business with you in the future and perhaps we could discuss prices and options? Obviously a voucher or something like that for a discount off a future purchase would help soften the blow of my silly mistake! Thanks for your help in any event! David

I'm happy with the Panama Flo. Pictures came out great. Panama Flo seems a better fabric for quilting than polycotton sheeting (frays like crazy) or linden waterproof (a bit stiff, and really waterproof). Thanks for quick turnaround.
