Great Service I rang a number of times regarding queries finally taking almost 3 weeks to order a product I was happy with. It's nice to talk to people at the end of the phone almost immediately and the guys were so helpful and knowledgable! I was excited/nervous for the product to arrive as I did not know what the outcome would be but it's fantastic! So pleased with it Only criticisms is I expected it to arrive on a roll but it came folded which I will have to try and get the creases out of. Hopefully will be ok with an Iron.

The speed of service and postage is incredibly impressive. Most of my items have been great, one was a little dark and lost detail at the edges so I was disappointed with that. I will know next time to choose a brighter photo to upload for a tapestry print.

I was making a quilt for someone moving into a house and wanted their picture on it and a couple of squares with text in. I am not a very techy person, but I had used bags of love before to make a similar quilt for my grandson's wedding. I found the site very easy to navigate and easy to order from. The postage was very quick and the quality of the fabric and text and photograph was brilliant, I was very pleased and would recommend anyone to use them. They also answered my query about the colour of the fabric very quickly and efficiently.
