Contacted customer services via the website for extra help, the response was swift and incredibly helpful without that advice I definitely wouldn't have been able to complete the order for my nephew. Once completed I received my order within 2 days. Nephew loved his lunch bag and I won't hesitate to recommend bags of love to anyone. Thank you.

The lunch bag arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was just what I needed. Downloading the images for both sides was very easy as was placing a short message. When the bag arrived it was better than I expected. It adequately holds a pack lunch. I thoroughly can recommend this lunch bag.
