I would firstly like to thank the member off staff who helped me at a difficult time with my order. Sadly can’t remember his name but there was an issue with my order which delayed shipment. I needed the pillow case ASAP for my Nan who sadly had cancer and was declining rapidly. This member of staff upgrade my postage for special Saturday delivery so that I would get this item in time. My Nans smile on her face when she received her pillow will stick with me forever. She has since sadly passed away and will be taking her pillow with her covered in family photos. The photo quality was amazing and exactly how the proof was shown. Many thanks for a perfect product and help st a difficult family time.
