Great communication!
I got a jigsaw printed as a bit of a last minute gift, so I’m really pleased with how quick it was printed and sent. I got an email to say it had to be re-printed, and that I would be getting a bag rather than a tin due to stock issues. I really appreciated the heads up, and that they had worked to get my puzzle sent before Christmas (although, it would be nice to still get a tin sent when they’re back in stock). I’m also pleased with the colours, since I was printing an illustration it was important to keep the vibrancy. The puzzle piece fit was also very good, each piece was unique enough not to fit just anywhere! The only downside is that the dark blue/black ink bled a little bit. This made some of the lines slightly fuzzy and some of the ink ran around the shape of the puzzle piece. However, I imagine this is because the illustration had a lot of black lines next to lighter colours. Overall it was a good experience and if I’m printing a jigsaw next year I’ll order again from here.
