Bags of love printed a towel for me which I wasn't satisfied with its quality. Basically I had put too many pictures on there so they didn't turn out as nicely as hoped. they responded fast and kindly explained how it came to it and offered a 30% discount on another towel. I took them up on the offer and have now a towel I am really happy with.

Ordered two towels with personnel Christmas photos on as my mum came for Christmas and has her birthday in January. Best present ever. The quality of the towels was excellent with the pink edging making them a bit special. The printing of the photos on the towels was clear. We had tears of joy when they were opened. Thankyou
