I recently ordered a stocking for my neighbour's daughter, and though it took rather a long time to be delivered (which of course I'd expect due to Covid), it arrived well packaged and is a nice soft fleecy material. The image quality is fine, albeit a little blurred along with that of the writing. But the writing is well positioned, and I love the colour.

The first time I have used this company and I can’t highly recommend them enough, just absolutely amazing. The CS (Customer Service) lady, Silke, was so helpful, patient and just super brilliant. I had one chance to get this Christmas Stocking right and Silke fulfilled that wish and my expectations of CS (Customer service). The stocking was everything I wanted and more, quality was outstanding, photo upload was clear, bright and looked like you had just taken the photograph. When I went to upload the photograph from their page, I couldn’t find the photograph in my picture file, so Silke asked me to email the photograph to her and she then uploaded the photo and positioned the photo, changed the background colour of the stocking for me, as well as the colour of the script, I was totally in her hands. The script was perfect and everything centralized. I was told how to go on the website and see a copy of the finished product before it was made, however having not had much control through the ordering process, I was a little apprehensive as to how this stocking would look, all that faded when the stocking arrived, beautifully packaged, complete with care instructions! A gorgeous personalized Stocking for my Grandsons First Christmas that can be treasured. . Silke, thank you for all your help and advice, it was simply perfect.
