fantastic quality cushion, photo looks great on the cover. we also bought a heart shaped ceramic hanging ornament, which was also very good quality. would definitely recommend both products. very pleased 10/10!

I wanted to make a surprise gift so had to download a photo from facebook, so was worried that would not get the quality I needed, fortunately they had used a hires image and the tin that arrived, in what felt like less time than it took to upload the image is fantastic quality! So impressed with the speed of service and the range of goods on offer for personalization. As a designer have made lots of personalized gifts over the years for clients on various services, Bags of Love is quite the best have tried. Will be back for sure , hopefully next time with proper sources!

Excellent service and a high quality product. Placed my order late Thursday evening, and it arrived on Saturday, just using the standard delivery! The photos I used were not great quality as I just copied them from Facebook, and I couldn't believe how clear they came out. I cannot recommend enough - I will be purchasing all photo gifts using Bags of Love from now on.
Bought a personalised heat changing photo mug as leaving present for colleague. Mug was good quality and very quick delivery and no complaints at all from us. Will definitely use BoL again! :)
