I ordered three personalised towels and loved every single one (2 as a wedding present and 1 for myself seen as it was free!) I thought it was great of bags of love to contact me minutes after i placed my order to advise me that my photo wasnt great quality and gave me a new design idea using the same photo but smaller, which i could either say yes to or choose another design myself. I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon, opted for gaurentee delivery and although this says Mon-Fri i received my order on Saturday morning which worked out brilliantly for me! All round good service, great products!
Words fail me both my orders are fantastic. Its my Mum's 80th birthday hence the family photo blanket and the parents canvas. I ordered on the holiday Monday and received both orders on the Friday after. Good quality and I know she will love it. What do you get for someone who doesn't need anything? A family photo blanket that's what. I will be ordering cushions in the near future.
