I’m a first time user of bags of love although I do a novelty gift every year for friends and family. I’ve had some shockingly poor service in the past so the best praise I can give is they did exactly what they said they would, the fact that this is remarkable says an awful lot about many companies out there who could do well to take a look at the service offered here. Nothing spectacular, it wasn’t delivered by unicorn or wrapped in silk just simply provided the service they promised. Well done

I ordered two different products, mugs and tea towels with a design I uploaded. The quality was fantastic and I was so impressed that they came within 48 hours. I love the products they are better than I thought they would be as I have ordered from other sites before and the quality was not very good.
