    For your information, at Bags Of Love, we use WorldpayPaypal and Klarna as payment providers. You do not necessarily need to have or create an account with them you. They are only the payment systems we use.

    Worldpay Transaction numbers are currently made of 10 numbers only such as 3371000000


  • How to pay with Paypal and Klarna?

    Paypal

    When selecting Paypal directly in your basket you can then select to pay with a Paypal account or "Check Out as a Guest" to pay by card.

    Klarna

    Klarna is a payment provider which allows you to buy first and pay later (14 days after shipping). The option to pay by card during checkout is still available.

    Common Questions:

    1. How do I pay with Klarna?

    Within 2 days of placing the order you receive a push to pay email. Of course you can also pay during checkout. If you have closed the order confirmation page and wish to pay by card after all, go to https://www.klarna.com/uk . When you log on to the new link, you will see a clear link that says 'log in to pay for your purchases'. 

    2. Am I able to pay by using PayPal?

    Yes - full PayPal functionality exists

    3. Who is Klarna?

    They are a Swedish payment service provider who take end-to-end responsibility for your payment. They support 35 million consumers worldwide in over 50 000 e-stores and very safe to use. Their Customer Service team is available to answer questions at 020 300 50 833 or 08081893333 Monday - Friday 9.00 AM - 9.00 PM & Saturday - Sunday 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM.

    4. I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this correct?

    If you have chosen to pay after delivery (14 days grace), Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna's payment site where you can settle your payment to Klarna with your card or with a bank transfer.

    5. If Klarna gives me the option to pay after delivery within 14 days, does a credit search take place against me?

    Neither Klarna nor ghd run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run so called unrecorded enquiries that do not affect credit scoring

    How is my statement sent?
    If you chose to pay after delivery, Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to make the payment and a link to the payment page. Simply enter your statement number into the payment page and follow the instructions. If you do not have your statement number to hand, you can contact Klarna's Customer Service.

    What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
    If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. The mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be send to your email address. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.

    What are my payment options with Klarna?
    You can pay with debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay After Delivery payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via debit card or bank transfer.

    How does the payment page work?
    If you have received your goods and want to pay your statement, go to Klarna's payment page payeurope.com and sign in with the statement number (provided in the email) and the email address you entered upon ordering. If you do not have your statement number to hand, you can contact Klarna's Customer Services.

    I haven't received an email with my statement/payment information.
    Please check that we have received your order and if so contact Klarna's Customer Services. They will be able to provide you with the payment details.

    Can I postpone my due date?
    You can contact Klarna's Customer Service to see if it is possible to postpone the due date on your payment.

    May I deliver to an address other than my billing address?
    Yes. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address. At the checkout, you will be given the option to enter a separate delivery address.

    Have you received my payment?
    After Klarna has received your payment, they will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, please get in contact with Klarna's Customer Services with a proof of payment.

    I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
    As soon as the store have registered your cancellation or your return, the repayment will be processed within next 14 days.

  • Debit/Credit Card is not working

    In rare cases your payment might not process successfully. There can be various reasons for this. Please check:

    • Correct billing address => you can select a different delivery address during checkout
    • Is your card accepted on our website => logos showing on the payment page
    • Can you make purchases online => check with your bank
    • You are rarely making purchases online => inform your bank about this purchase

    What to do if your card is denied even though these elements are correct?

    • In your basket you can select either "Paypal" or "Go to secure checkout". These are two separate payment providers. Select either one of them and try again.
    • If you have a Paypal Account, please use your paypal account or a friend’s.

  • Funds were taken from your account

    • Order not concluded but you still received a billing email with a transaction number
      • please contact us and provide us with the Worldpay / Paypal  /Klarna transactions number plus your pre-order number.
      • Worldpay Transaction numbers are made of 10 numbers only such as 3371000000
      • Paypal Transaction numbers are made of 17 digits only such as 45L000000Z0000000
      • Klarna Transaction refs are alphanumeric such as 1XYZA987
      • Any other transaction number provided by your bank cannot be matched with our payment providers and so cannot be used to track any payment. Please provide only Paypal, Worldpay, Klarna transaction refs.

    • Order not concluded and you tried to pay several times unsuccessfully. Your “online banking” summary page shows the funds were taken:
      • As the order is not concluded we have not received the funds.
      • Our payment provider has first authorised the order and then refunded it straight away (for various reasons such as wrong billing address, name not matching or even unknown reasons).
      • Once a payment has been rejected by either of our payment providers, the funds are sent back automatically. At that point they will show as if they were taken from your “online banking” summary however they will not show as taken in your transactions (if they do provide us with screenshots and the transaction numbers). This is normal.
      • It is for your bank to process these transactions as fast as they can. This automated process usually takes 3-5 working days on average. We do not hold any influence over this.

    • Your bank contacted you and gave you transactions numbers:
      • These are usually the bank’s own transactions numbers and cannot be used to track a payment with either payment providers (see further up for Worldpay and Paypal transaction number types)
      • Once a payment has been rejected by either of our payment providers, the funds are sent back automatically. The funds will then show as if they were taken from your “online account summary” however they will not show in your transactions as taken. This is normal.
      • Some banks sometimes ask customers to contact the merchant requesting a fax which we cannot do. As mentioned above, the funds are sent back automatically.
      • It is for your bank to process these transactions as fast as they can. This automated process usually takes 3-5 working days on average. We do not hold any influence over this.
    • Order concluded after several unsuccessfull attempts. Your “online banking” summary page shows the funds were taken:
      • We have only received the funds once.
      • Our payment provider has first authorised the payments for the order and then refunded it straight away (for various reasons such as wrong billing address, name not matching or even unknown reasons) until y our payment was finally successful.
      • Once a payment has been rejected by either of our payment providers, the funds are sent back automatically. At that point they will show as if they were taken from your “online banking” summary however they will not show as taken in your transactions (if they do provide us with screenshots and the transaction numbers). This is normal.
      • It is for your bank to process these transactions as fast as they can. This automated process usually takes 3-5 working days on average. We do not hold any influence over this.

  • Convert to my own currency

    Our UK website www.bagsoflove.co.uk is in British Pounds £. All prices show in British Pounds on all our pages (product pages and design interfaces).

    If you are based in these countries you can use our sister websites:
    If you pay in a different currency due to your country, your bank will automatically convert to your currency.
    You can find updated conversion rates on the internet which should roughly match the price in £ ( we do not guarantee or take responsibility over these exchanges rates)

  • Companies : zero-rating (VAT)

    If you are an EU based company, you may be entitled to zero rated VAT. 

    • Make your creation(s) online and add to Cart
    • Follow the checkout process up to the payment page. Do not pay yet.
    • Add your VAT number in the designated field on this page.
    • Contact us by Chat preferably, Phone or Email with the pre-order number showing on the top right of the payment page so we can check and then zero-rate your order.
    • Do not pay at this point. Please wait for us to confirm and zero-rate.
    • Only once this is done you can proceed to payment. If you pay before we could zero-rate your order, you cannot get the VAT refunded.

  • Bank Transfer & PO Orders

    Individuals can pay by Bank transfer and companies by PO as well:
    • Please make your creations online and add them into one cart.
    • Follow the checkout process up to the payment page and contact us preferably by Chat, phone or email with the pre-order number which will show on the top right of this page.
    • We will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice for you to arrange for payment.
    • Send us a payment confirmation
    • We will authorise the order

    Please note that we can only proceed with the order once payment has been received.
    This payment method adds 1-3 working days handling time to authorise the order once confirmation has been received, and once funds have been received.
