Custom tracksuit printing gives you all the freedom to create a set or separates that keep you looking put together.
Care instructions
Turn inside out before washing. Iron on the reverse of the printed side. 30°C wash. Low tumble heat. Do not wring. Low heat iron. Steam safe.
The Jacket
Your custom tracksuit jacket has a ribbed collar, cuffs, and bottom hem available in black, white or grey. The colour of the ribbing will match the zip colour, while the rest of the jacket (front, back, and sleeves) can be printed with your photos or designs. Use the colour picker in the design interface to choose any solid colour for the side stripe on the arms. There are two printed pockets with zips, which are handy for keeping items such as your keys or phone in place.
The Trousers
With a stretchy waist and ankle zip detailing, these will become your live-in trousers. There are two open pockets that will be printed with your photo or design. You'll be able to choose a black or white zip, which will match the thread used to sew the garment together. Design the front and back of each leg as well as the waistband. The front of the legs is finished with a stylish seam detail that runs straight down. Similar to the jacket, the sides of the trousers have a stripe which you can choose any colour for. They are designed for a slim, low rise fit at the waistband that is super flattering and comfortable.
Make It A Set
When you design your own tracksuit jacket & pants, both pieces are sold separately from one another. Create your own tracksuit set by designing both garments. You can design them to coordinate with the same design or play with different photos and patterns. Alternatively, just design the jacket or trousers as a garment on its own. For an extra bit of personalisation, you can even add a custom label inside the jacket and trousers. Turn the tracksuit set into photo gifts for your loved ones.

Once you design your own tracksuit jacket & pants, we print, cut, and sew it together. Custom tracksuit printing starts with using dye sublimation on the Rox Sports Jersey fabric. This technique prints the ink into the fabric's fibres so that it doesn't rub off. Each piece of fabric is cut according to our exclusive template, and our talented seamstresses sew each part together using your choice of black or white thread. The finishing touches, such as zips and decorative seams, are sewn into place. If you've opted for a custom label, we sew that into the garment as well. Our quality control team makes sure everything is up to our standard before we send your customised tracksuit jacket and pants.
There are various choices you'll need to make to design your own tracksuit jacket & pants. Both items are designed and sold separately, so you can get as creative as you can imagine. Choose between black or white zips, ribbing, and thread. There are multiple areas that you can design with photos, text, patterns, and more. On both the jacket and trousers, you can choose any solid colour for the side stripe to pull the look together.
Note that because the garments are handmade, we can't guarantee exact pattern matching across the different panels, including the front of the jacket on either side of the zip. We'll do our best to align any obviously matching parts, but it may not always be possible. Also note that when using darker colours, the white base may show through if the fabric is overstretched.
