Care instructions
To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather is a natural material you may notice small differences in surface and texture, as well as wrinkles, which is common to products made from natural leather. All leathers age naturally according to the usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base colour may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep your product looking its best. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery as the colour may transfer. Whilst a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint free cotton cloth.
Your custom fanny pack is made by hand in the UK. Once we have received your order, our team of experts get to work on printing the leather, using techniques that bond the image to the leather. For Archway Brushed Twill, we use dye sublimation to print your designs. Thereafter we cut your personalised fanny pack to size. We'll then stitch it with your choice of thread and carefully apply the zip and strap. Both the edges of the zip pullers and leather trims on the strap are hand-painted in our factory by our highly skilled leatherworkers. This premium feature makes the edges waterproof as well as providing durable edge protection to your custom Fanny Pack. Because it is a print on demand fanny pack, we are able to save on wastage and make items to order.
Your fanny pack is made from Nappa leather, a soft, full-grained 100% real leather. You can also go for the Archway Brushed Twill, a slightly opaque twill fabric which has a smooth, matte finish. We recommend you work the zip into your design, which has a strip of smooth Nappa leather. Both leather types provide a foundation for bold and strong colour schemes, whereas the off-white base tone of the Archway Brushed Twill shows intricate details very clearly. You are also able to customise the zip to a gold, nickel or gunmetal colour and customise the stitch colour. This level of detail provides a complete personalised fanny pack which will be printed using eco-friendly inks and made to order, savings thousands of tons of material waste each year. The bag is 13cm/33cm/8cm which offers a compact and light design, while giving enough space for your personal belongings. The strap is made of webbing and is adjustable.
