I got a kids jigsaw in four pieces with photos. The customer service from the time of ordering was excellent. Prompt personal responses to my questions. The quality of the product which arrives was really excellent, much better than I had expected. I would order the same thing again (it was a present for a friend) and lots more besides if you didn't have the annoying delivery service from DHL which requires a signature. I work from 9-6pm the exact time that DHL delivers. This is extremely impractical and a pity as i can't place further orders for these really great products.
