I received my photo blanket today I only ordered it on Tuesday and it came today Friday. Fantastic quality really good so so pleased with it.

. just to say I am totally amazed by how fast the bedding was made and sent. It looks awsome. My daughter will be so happy, but she cant have it till February as its for her birthday. I will be highly recommending you to everyone. I know so I just hope the bedding keeps its colour after washing. My only complaint would be the price if the bedding was cheaper then a lot more people I know would buy from you. That aside I would give you 10/10 but I could not find any curtains. It would be brill if you could design your own curtains. Keep up the excellent work and I hope more work from my contacts comes your way. THANK YOU
Overview this was a very good experience especially wit hyour design online feature. Easy order process. Good quality product. The one area that might need some additional attention is proactive communications on product status. Thankfully your customer service staff reacted to my chasing and helped

The whole process from start to finish worked very well.
Your online design system was the best I have experienced for designing blankets and worked without issues.
Delivery was first rate.
My only comments and possible recommendations for improvement would be to perhaps incorporate additional layout tools. Being able to rotate an image would have been a real bonus as well as having some pre designed templates.
I also found it quite difficult to visualise the difference in sizes. Although no issue of your system it would have been useful to be able zoom in on parts of the image for easier control of layout.
All in all I found the service excellent and would highly recommend.

we ordered a fleece lap blanket for a very poorly young lady with severe disiabilities, shes currently undergoing difficult hospital treatments. one of her biggest joys in life is westlife so we personalised a photo of westlife and downloaded it and put the order in. the blanket is perfect and she was delighted, many thanks x
ps, we telephoned ahead and explained the circumstances asking for it to be rushed thru, very helpfull lady,,,and the blanket arrived super fast, lovely quality too.
