I made an ornament for my Mum on the birth of my son, celebrating her first Christmas as a grandma. She loved it, and tells me the quality was excellent. There was an issue with the original order, I ordered a heart shaped, but Bags of Love called me and explained and made the product in an oval shape which I’d agreed to and it worked really well. They also then upgraded it to next day delivery. I’d recommend Bags of Love.
