Thank you for the opportunity to give you feedback.
At a very general level I am pleased with the dress you printed and made for me.
Of course the dress is unique, which is just how it should be because it is for a very special French lady called Virginie, who does amazing work with her charity in Sri Lanka.

She has the dress now and happily
a) it fits her (thank goodness I guessed her size correctly) and
b) she loves it
The little girl on the back of the dress is from a painting of Virginie when she was 9 years old and represents
c) her past and
d) how the little girl will always be there behind her, both backing her up and pushing her forward
The front of the dress represents where she is now using the flags of France and Sri Lanka joined together by the Avatar that Virginie designed for herself.
It is a very powerful image.
And, as I said already we both love the dress but, I have told her it is only a prototype and we need to and will improve it.
Most of the things that need improvement are my fault,
e) the images on the front of the dress are pixilated and need to be improved, you did warn me about this but i didn't realise how bad it would be - perhaps your preview facility could allow zoom to full size? Anyway, I will change this on the final version; and
f) the top the little girl is wearing on the back of the dress needs to be white, the same colour as the dress itself, I just didn't see this - my mistake!
I can and will change both of these.
But also your printing/ manufacturing process led to the image of the little girl's boots and her elbow bleeding off over the hem. Your preview facility did not show this happening but, now that I know about it I will reduce the size of the image a bit so that won't happen on the final version
Nevertheless, overall, I am happy with the dress and, more importantly, so is Virginie but we will have another go later this year and make big improvements.
