Choose from a denim, oil cloth or canvas bucket hat and use your favourite photos to customise it. You can then attach the clear plastic visor using the press studs under the hat brim. When not in use, the visor can be rolled up and stored in your bag. Please note: The press studs are only usable on one side of the visor hat, therefore your visor can only attach one way.

To keep your custom printed face shield hygienic, we would advise you wash your visor after every use. This can be done by detaching it from your hat and wiping it with warm soapy water or cleaning alcohol. Your visor hat is easy to clean and can be machine washed. You can wash with a standard load at 30°C.

Do it Yourself
Your photos are placed onto your design for you to arrange exactly as you’d like.
Step 1 – Click the start design button & select your product options.
Step 2 – Go to the ‘Images & Text Tools’ tab, click the ‘add images/Text’ button on your product & ‘Select Images to Upload’ or use the Facebook/Instagram tabs.
Step 3 – Choose the images you want to use for your collage, upload & select them from the uploaded photos list.
Step 4 – Click ‘Create montage’ & select your collage style.
Step 5 – Add the collage to your design.
Each of the custom face shields are handmade to order in our North West London facility here in the UK. First we print your design or photos onto the fabric of your choice - denim, oil cloth or canvas - before cutting it to size and stitching it all together. A stitched 'spiral' runs around the whole edge of the hat for a unique finish. Press studs are added at intervals around the hat brim. We add press studs all the way around the visor hat so that you can have the flexibility to choose where you attach your visor. If you choose to use the reverse of your hat, the back of the press studs will be visible, and you cannot attach the visor to this side.
The plastic visor is cut to shape and finished with a black or cream trim and press studs are added. If you order a child's custom printed face shield, your visor will be 38cm x 19cm. All other sizes will be provided with a 48cm x 20cm visor.
As each and every shield is handmade to order, so we would advise that you wash before first use.
You can use photos, design, patterns or text to design your own face shield, so amp up your creativity and create something that will lift your spirits. Each of the custom face shields are reversible and made to order so you can create two completely different looks and alternate them on different days.
Print your photos, opting for your favourite design as the top side of the visor hat. The interior design cannot be used with the visor, so can simply be an accessory for festivals or the beach. While a denim or canvas bucket is crease-proof and perfect for transporting, the oil cloth visor hat is better for all weather types - its PVC coating makes it waterproof for added protection from the elements.
