Excellent customer service! Got a note to say it was on its way and noticed the wrong colour had been ordered. Spoke to a customer service agent by email who resolved the situation immediately and arranged for the correct colour to be delivered. This arrived super quick, even after the confusion over the colour.

This order came so fast considering it was even going over the pond..Customs only needed to know what it was and what the fabric was made of, so that was an easy ordeal, just plan on their (customs) phone call when these items are ordered. The duvet itself is absolutely gorgeous!! The fabric is a heavier microfiber than usual which is luxurious! And it should hold up very well washing on cool... I would only say that the King sized duvet fits a queen size bed, as it's only 88x84. I wanted a king sized, so there is an option for a California King..But all in all, it is gorgeous..I wish I could submit a photograph of it here!! Thank you, and thank you for your correspondence! Very nice! (Wish the cost could go lower...)

Making the design for the duvet cover was pretty easy. I phoned with one query and was helped promptly and politely. The cover arrived in the specified time and looks really great. So good that I am going to order a pillowcase to go with it.
