Contrado, we love nurturing talent and creativity! That’s why we’ve partnered with our friends at Fashion Capital to bring you a free new print design challenge for you to display your artistry!
We want you to create your own print design for a swimsuit, using the theme TRAVEL for your individual design.
Bags of Love/Contrado are THE destinations to go to in order to print your individual design on a wide selection of fabrics. We’ve got over 80 different types of fabrics, from 100% natural fibers, to several stretch fabrics, waterproof as well as organic/eco fabrics and more. Our special printing process allows us to print your individual design on any of these fabrics in an excellent quality in 1-2 days.
What can you win?
Up for grabs are vouchers for fabrics to spend on Bags of Love or Contrado, a custom-printed sarong and a beach bag, all in our £900 pot of prizes.
We’re also offering you the chance to make your own swimwear this summer, with our newest product, the Cut and Sew Swimsuit Kit! Create your swimsuit design and we’ll print it on a sheet of our stylish, quick-drying Slinky Matt Lycra. You’ll receive the fabric, with all seam allowances and shapes already printed, plus all the instructions you need to turn a flat length of fabric into a stylish summer one-piece! We’ve got 10 Cut and Sew Swimsuit Kits to give away, and can’t wait to see what you make with them!
What do you need to do?
Design your custom-printed swimsuit using your own design. Inspired by Dolce & Gabbana’s current collection, this competition’s theme is TRAVEL. So dream away, get inspired by exotic destinations, white beaches, vibrant cities and different cultures and bring your holiday feeling on to your own swimsuit in our free design challenge. Please note that your entry needs to be approved by us first before showing on the contest page.
When is the contest running?
The competition is free and already open and running until 31st July 2016.
How do we choose the winners?
The best prints will be chosen by our designer panel made of Bags of Love/Contrado and Fashion Capital.
When will the winners be announced?
We will announce the winners on our blog and social media in the first week of August. We’ll contact the winners by email.
Our expert judging panel, including members of Fashion Capital, will select 10 winners of this free swimsuit print design challenge. All winners will receive their swimsuit design as a Cut and Sew, which you will then be able to turn into your very own swimsuit. Additionally, there will be lots of vouchers for fabrics and other goodies for the 3 main winners as well.
·1st prize: Your print design as a Cut and Sew Kit, our Fabric Swatch Pack with 80+ fabrics, a custom printed sarong, a personalised beach bag and £150 Gift Voucher for fabrics to spend on BagsofLove.co.uk or Contrado.co.uk.
