I had been recommended this company by another user. They kept me informed throughout, advised me that the photo was not the best quality allowing me to make a decision about it and got the item to me by the date required. I would have preferred a cotton mix duvet, but recipient v pleased.

The customer service lady couldn’t do enough to help me with a few teething problems i did have. I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time as it was a gift - but again was dispatched and arrived on the day intended.

Love the concept of having a personal unique gift the quality and delivery are great. The only criticism I have is a seam through the middle of the duvet makes some picture distorted. But I'm just being picky
