I have used Bags of Love on MANY occassions now from bookmarks, to bags, & cushions to flip flops. They are always absolutely superb in every aspect of what they do. The online system is very easy to use, the variety of products is brill and the product quality is fantatsic!
They always do inetrnal quality checks before sneding a product out to a customer and will not send it if they are not happy - I recently experienced this, as they weren;t happy with the quality they remade the product to ensure that I would be happy with the final result and it only added 1/2 day!
Delivery is prompt, efficient and whenever I have communicated with them over the phone or electronically they have always been fab.
I highly reccommend Bags Of Love for the personal touch with individual products made with real precision and love - just what the label says :)

I ordered a photo blanket for my Nan's 90th birthday on a Tuesday and by the following Tuesday had received it. I found the software enabling you to design the blanket really user friendly and once I saw the quality of the product I think the cost is fantastic value for money. Service was great. First time I had used you and difficult to find anyone who can produce small quantities of labels. Questions were swiftly answered online and communication was good. One helpful thing would be able to reply to texts you send when there was a problem with the printing. I was out and about a lot teaching and can't always access the computer or call and when I replied to the text there was response by email only - not by text.
Overall extremely happy.

Maintained excellent communication at all stages so I knew exactly what stage my order was at.
