Delivery Services

As you may have noticed from our product details pages we like to be efficient and fast. This does not mean we forsake any quality considerations it just means we are experienced and effective in the production and delivery of your goods. The product timelines vary according to each product we make and these timelines are given on the product details pages. The delivery times outlined below are purely delivery timelines and are after the product productions times.

It is worth reviewing these details as it can save you money. Often customers jump onto Guaranteed next Day delivery when our standard service at 95% likely for next is more than adequate. The choice is of course yours to make. Our delivery services operate like this

UK

For most products under 2kg and not bulky we recommend Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. We call this our standard service. 95% of deliveries are next day inc Saturdays but not Sundays. This is the default option in our shopping cart (unless your item is above 2kg or bulky)

For those requiring Guaranteed Next Day - inc Saturdays (but not Sundays) We use Special Delivery by Royal Mail. This is an option you can choose to buy.

If your item is over 2kg or bulky or canvas prints over 60x40cm then the default service is City Link which delivers next Biz day (not Saturdays) and is included as part of our standard service.

Saturday delivery can be guaranteed too by either Royal Mail Special Delivery - or City Link and this can be chosen at the shopping cart too for additional delivery charge

International

For most products we recommend Royal Mail Signed For International. This is our standard and default service. It passes the products to the local Postal services for a recorded delivery. This can take up from 2-3 days at fastest up to 10-12 days long distance from UK or to remote areas even longer.

Courier services are and option you can choose and we will send it with FedEx or TNT or similar carrier and this usually takes 1-2 days.
