Bags Of Love Delivery Services

At Bags of Love we focus on product quality and efficient delivery.  Thanks to our own production facility we are able to dispatch many of our items within 24 hours of receiving the order.  All of our staff work together in the same building, ensuring each product is printed and manufactured to the company’s established luxury standards.  Production times vary according to each specific product, details of which are available on each product page. Beware that delivery time is not the production time. Separate delivery and billing addresses are permitted for all orders.

Delivery time details are outlined below (note: these are not the same as production times!)  Bags of Love does not continue production or dispatch work over the weekend except at Christmas and other busy events. See our Christmas delivery last order deadlines here

  

UK DELIVERY

Bags of Love uses the Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg.   This is our standard service and is the default delivery option listed in the shopping cart.  Royal Mail delivers 94% of our orders the next day, including Saturdays, but not Sundays.

If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or a large canvas print (over 60x40cm), we us City Link, DHL or FedEx couriers; they deliver the next business day and are a part of our standard service. We can offer a Saturday delivery service for an extra fee. For those in London you can always collect.

If you require a risk-free delivery service please try our guaranteed delivery option.  The Bags of Love guaranteed delivery service e ensures your item arrives the following business day. If your package is over 2kg or especially bulky we use DHL or FedEx or City Link couriers, for all other packages we use the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.  The guaranteed delivery option appears during the ordering process and incurs an additional charges.  We also offer guaranteed Saturday deliveries, through Royal Mail and City Link, for a further fee.

BIKES

We do have special service where if you need something in a terrible rush - we can make it and get it over to you within hours as long as the bike or can courtier companies can service your location - in the main we are talking London for this service.

  

ROYAL MAIL STRIKES

In the case of any annoying Royal Mail strikes, Bags of Love is still able to delivery your items the next day, excluding Sundays.  We suggest you have your items delivered to your work address, which activates our free courier upgrade for delivery the following business day.  
If you are unable to include a work delivery address, you are able to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for £2.99.  During strikes Royal Mail will deliver small packages (under 2kg).  Unfortunately delivery it is not guaranteed, however, Special Delivery items receive priority treatment when the strikes end.
Top Tips: 

1) Have your items sent to a work address and receive a free courier upgrade. 

2) Pay £2.99 for Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. 

3) If you live in London, you may collect your items directly from us.

  

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected.  To minimize delays we work closely with both Royal Mail and City Link.  When you order is dispatched, we will inform you of which courier was used.  Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on Royal Mail and City Link websites.  

 

INTERNATIONAL

Bags of Love uses the Royal Mail’s Signed For International service as our default international delivery option.  Your package is passed from Royal Mail to local postal services, requiring a recorded signed delivery.   This service can take as little as 2-3 days, or as long as 10-12 days, depending on the destination and its accessibility.  Shipping costs vary significantly, and it may be necessary for Bags of Love to charge an additional fee to progress the order.  In such a case we would call to discuss the payment before a charge is incurred.
For international orders that require quick delivery we use DHL or FedEx or TNT couriers.  You may select this option during the ordering process for an extra fee.  We suggest this service as it includes package tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery that usually takes only 1-2 days.
