Monty the Spaniel Luxury Fine Art Deckchair by Somerset (UK) Artist and Designer Amanda Boorman. Monty is a young black Spaniel with white chest originally painted by Somerset (UK) Artist Amanda Boorman as an acrylic on canvas piece for a special friend. Monty seems to be always on the go and Amanda lifted a stills from a video of Monty which inspired the hints of purple in Monty's coat. The pinks, creams and hint of blue in the background compliment Monty perfectly. Amanda says: "I love the way only one of Monty's enormous floppy ears are in sight. It really focuses the way he's looking across with those adorable eyes of his. The light seems to be dancing all over his coat in lovely patterns. A beautiful boy to paint!" The repeat pattern that Amanda has used for this piece is particularly striking and unusual. A really lovely and unique deckchair for people who adore spaniels and dogs with enormous eyes and gorgeous long ears, unique design prints, fine art and classic deck chairs!
